Okay. We have strong OEM and ODM capabilities, supporting customization in terms of size, materials, logo printing (such as screen printing, labeling), and packaging design. Please communicate with our sales team regarding the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and specific details.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product. For standard products, MOQ is usually low; For customized products, the MOQ will be correspondingly increased. Please tell us your specific needs, and we will provide the most competitive solution.

We support multiple secure international payment methods, including:

 

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): This is our most commonly used method, with a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining balance paid before shipment.

 

Letter of Credit (L/C): Accepting sight letter of credit.

 

PayPal/Credit Card: Suitable for small sample orders.

The specific terms will be clearly stated in the contract.

The delivery time depends on the order quantity, product complexity, and current production schedule. Generally speaking, the delivery time for standard products is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit. The exact delivery time will be confirmed when you place your order.

Factory final inspection: All finished products must pass the final inspection before shipment.

We provide quality assurance for all products. If you receive any defective products, please take photos immediately and notify our customer service team. After verification, we will process a refund, exchange, or resend for you based on the specific situation.

What transportation methods do you offer?

We offer flexible transportation solutions to meet the needs of different customers, including:

Sea freight: most suitable for bulk goods, with high cost-effectiveness.

Air freight: suitable for urgently needed samples or small batch orders, with fast speed.

International express delivery: such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, suitable for small samples and documents, door-to-door service.

We can arrange transportation and also support you to specify a freight forwarder (FOB terms).

The shipping cost depends on the mode of transportation, weight, volume, and destination country of the goods. To provide you with an accurate freight quote, please provide your target port/postal code and the required quantity of products.

Yes, please rest assured. As a professional import and export company, we will be responsible for the preparation of all export customs declaration and clearance documents (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) within China.
